If you encounter technical issues while downloading a product, please contact our support team. If the issue cannot be resolved, and you are unable to access the product, a full refund will be issued. - Defective Product
If a digital product is defective or does not function as advertised, please report the issue within 7 days of purchase. We may request evidence of the defect. If verified, we will provide a full refund or a replacement product. - Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, notify us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase. After verification, a refund will be provided for the duplicate charge.
